Requirements * Bachelor's degree in **Public Accounting** (degree and professional license mandatory) * Proven experience as General Accountant * Proficiency in accounting processes: journal entries, general accounting, and bank reconciliations * Experience in tax calculation and filing * Payroll preparation and electronic stamping (timbrado) * Management of affiliation transactions with IMSS * Handling of journal entries in ASPEL system * Experience with accounting ERP systems * Experience with the **RESICO** tax regime (individuals and legal entities) * Experience leading work teams Essential Technical Knowledge * Proficiency in the **SAT** portal * Systems **ASPEL (COI, NOI, SAE)** * **IMSS (IDSE, SIPARE, SUA)** * Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate\-advanced level) Main Responsibilities * Supervise and execute monthly accounting closing * Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory obligations * Coordinate and develop the accounting team * Manage payroll and social security processes * Handle internal and external audits * Prepare and analyze financial statements for decision-making Key Competencies * Leadership and decision-making * High initiative and proactivity * Responsibility and reliability * Sense of urgency * Organization and results orientation * Attention to detail We Offer * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits * Food vouchers * Free parking * Company mobile phone * Job stability Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $28,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
