Responsibilities:\- Design and build Excel dashboards for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). Automate weekly, monthly, and departmental reports. Collect, clean, and structure data from various sources (internal and external). Present information clearly to different organizational levels. Identify trends and improvement opportunities through data analysis. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timeliness of presented information. Requirements:\- Proven advanced Excel experience: pivot tables, complex formulas, slicers, charts, Power Query (desirable), macros (desirable). Knowledge of executive dashboard design focused on KPIs. Analytical ability and critical thinking. Prior experience in analytics, management control, finance, or related fields. Strong communication skills to explain results to diverse audiences. Desirable (non-exclusive):\- Familiarity with Power BI, Google Sheets, or similar visualization tools. Basic understanding of databases or SQL. Prior experience in administrative, commercial, or financial areas. Position Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000 \- $15,000 net (based on experience). Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM\- 6:00 PM (onsite), and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (remote). Statutory benefits from day one.
