Monitor and track overdue accounts receivable SETTLEMENT ANALYST Job Objective Execute and control collection processes related to transportation and last-mile delivery, ensuring accurate route settlement, payment reconciliation, and management of overdue accounts receivable. Guarantee transparency, accuracy, and compliance in delivering payment evidence, contributing to the financial health of operations. Main Responsibilities • Transportation Route Settlement o Validate and reconcile payments arising from transportation operations. o Review and close daily route settlements with operators and suppliers. • Payment Control and Evidence o Receive, verify, and deliver payment receipts and supporting documentation. o Ensure integrity and traceability of accounting evidence. o Execute collection processes related to transportation customers and suppliers. o Promptly follow up on accounts receivable and pending payments. o Monitor and track overdue accounts receivable. o Prepare collection reports, reconciliations, and account statements. Required Competencies • Knowledge of transportation, supplier, and customer collection processes. • Experience in route settlement and payment control. • Proficiency in accounting ERP systems and advanced Excel. • Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. • Communication and negotiation skills for accounts receivable recovery. Candidate Profile • Education: Technical high school diploma or incomplete degree in related fields (Accounting, Administration, Finance). • Experience: Minimum 3 years in collections, preferably in transportation or logistics.
