Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience supervising cleaning, housekeeping, or general services staff. Personnel management and operational activity coordination. Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and procedures. Service-oriented attitude, leadership, and teamwork. Flexible working hours. Responsible, punctual, and well-groomed. Main Responsibilities Supervise daily cleaning staff activities. Verify compliance with cleaning and hygiene standards across all club areas. Assign tasks and monitor task completion. Monitor proper use of cleaning materials and supplies. Report incidents, maintenance needs, or supply shortages. Train and support staff on cleaning procedures and best practices.
