Payroll documentation control and safeguarding **Grupo Impact is seeking a Payroll Assistant in Álvaro Obregón, Mexico City** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are hiring! Payroll Assistant **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and track payroll and employer obligation payment requests * Manage IMSS affiliation transactions (registrations, cancellations, and modifications) * Enter and update information in SUA and the Payroll System * Validate worker-employer contribution data (EMA / EBA) * Support ISN calculation and payment * Download Fonacot certificates and payment files * Control and safeguard payroll supporting documentation **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll or social security * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, and ISN * Proficiency in Excel and systems such as SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, and Infonavit Empresarial * High attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 hrs. **What We Offer:** * Net monthly salary: 14,000 to 15,000 * Internal benefits (psychologist or nutritionist support, birthday bonus) * Internal career growth If you are interested in this position, please apply through this channel and we will gladly follow up with you.
