**Job Profile: Human Resources Coordinator**
**Job Objective:**
Coordinate and execute Human Resources processes to ensure efficient talent management, promote a positive work environment, compliance with internal policies, and the holistic development of employees.
**Key Functions and Responsibilities:**
Job Design and Analysis
Develop, update, and maintain job profiles and descriptions.
Analyze functions, responsibilities, and needs of each department to ensure an efficient organizational structure.
Recruitment and Staff Selection
Post job vacancies on various recruitment platforms and channels.
Conduct interviews and selection processes to identify suitable candidates.
Coordinate hiring and onboarding of new employees.
Employee Training and Development
Identify training and development needs.
Coordinate training programs and monitor employees’ professional growth.
Support development plans and skill enhancement initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits Administration
Manage processes related to salaries, bonuses, incentives, benefits, and employee perks.
Monitor salary policies and compensation frameworks.
Performance Management
Implement and monitor performance evaluation processes.
Identify improvement opportunities and support the achievement of organizational goals.
Labor Relations and Organizational Climate
Promote positive labor relations and a healthy work environment.
Address internal conflict situations and support strategies to improve workplace climate.
Employee Engagement and Internal Communication
Drive activities and strategies that strengthen employee participation and motivation.
Maintain effective communication between the company and its staff.
Occupational Health and Safety
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and policies.
Participate in preventive and occupational wellness programs.
Employee Support and Assistance
Provide guidance and assistance to employees regarding HR processes, policies, and work-related needs.
Follow up on inquiries, requests, and personnel-related matters.
Required Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Experience in Human Resources processes and personnel administration.
Knowledge of recruitment, training, labor relations, and talent management.
Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in administrative tools and Microsoft Office suite.
Salary: Starting at $15,000\.00 per month
