We focus on operational efficiency, internal and external customer satisfaction, and achievement of strategic objectives that drive growth and service quality. **Position Objective** Support the Human Resources department in controlling and analyzing operational information, providing direct employee support, and actively participating in organizational climate initiatives. **Main Responsibilities** *Administrative Management* * Tracking and recording of incidents (vacations, medical leaves, severance payments, and personnel movements). * Support in validation and biweekly payroll follow-up. * Monitoring of applied vs. reported incidents. * Preparation of reports (turnover, absenteeism, internal metrics). * Management and updating of digital personnel files. **Employee Support and Organizational Culture** * Direct support to operational and administrative employees. * Follow-up on questions related to internal processes and payroll. * Support in integration activities and internal events. * Participation in workplace climate initiatives. * Support in onboarding and induction processes. **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (intern or graduate). * Minimum 1 year of experience in HR (professional internships considered). * Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. * Organizational and analytical skills. * Service-oriented attitude and strong communication skills. * Interest in professional development within a dynamic operational environment. **We Offer** * **$12,500 MXN monthly net salary** * Statutory benefits * Opportunity for growth and learning * Exposure to operational processes and strategic metrics * Dynamic, team-oriented work environment Conditions 100% on-site work Toreo Area (Naucalpan) Working hours: 9 AM – 6 PM If you are interested, please send your CV to fsalcido@cygnuscorp.com.mx We look forward to hearing from you
