Collaboration in handling governmental and private audits A prestigious educational institution requires: **"Accountant"** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (degree conferred). * Experience: 5 years in General Accounting, Taxes, Budgeting; experience in Tax matters for charitable organizations is a plus. * Marital status: Not specified. * Gender: Not specified. **Responsibilities:** * Verification of information previously processed by the Accounting Analyst. * Preparation of calculations for expense funding, payroll disbursement, and benefits. * Review of information previously processed by the Accounting Analyst, for cross-checking against internal systems and banking institutions' systems. * Review of all income and expense transactions recorded in the accounting system, previously processed by Accounting Analysts. . * Review of all income, expense, depreciation, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, liabilities, etc., for monthly closing. * Calculation and remittance of withheld taxes to SAT, IMSS, and Payroll Tax. * Preparation of financial reports such as Balance Sheet and Monthly and Annual Income Statements. * Support in handling audits conducted by various governmental agencies or private institutions. **Knowledge:** * Intermediate Office skills. * Aspel NOI\-COI. * SAT Portal. * SAE. * Tax fundamentals. **Competencies:** * Open to change. * Customer service orientation. * Analytical ability. * Written communication. * Creativity. * Numerical aptitude. * Negotiation skills. * Organized. * Proactive. * Responsible. * Adherence to planning. * Ability to work under pressure. * Teamwork. **We offer:** * Salary: $22,000 per month. * Statutory benefits. * Meal vouchers \+ Savings Fund (available upon issuance of indefinite-term contract). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Work location: Del Valle neighborhood.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $22,000\.01 per month Benefits: * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Meal vouchers Work location: On-site employment
