We hold the Socially Responsible Enterprise (ESR) distinction. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!!** **Technical Leader** **Requirements:** * 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Leader focused on Java and the Spring ecosystem Responsibilities: * Microservice development and modernization; cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, OpenShift); Kafka integration; technical team leadership; on-premise Redis integration Technical Skills: * Java languages and frameworks (6, 7, 8, 11, 17, 21\) * Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Core, JPA, Scala (Spark), Azure development, Java Functions * Cloud & Containers: AWS (EC2, RDS, Elastic Beanstalk), Azure (Azure Functions, Blob Storage, AI Search, Pipelines) * OpenShift, Kubernetes (pod management, CLI) * Backbase (banking platform) * DevOps & CI/CD: Git / GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Maven, Azure Pipelines * Deployments on AWS and OpenShift * Quality and Security: SonarQube, Veracode, Fortify, monitoring with Dynatrace and Elastic * Scrum methodologies **Location:** * CDMX (Santa Fe) * Work Mode: Hybrid **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Superior benefits * Career development plan *We are an inclusive company, free from any form of discrimination, where opportunities are based solely on attitude and talent.
