Position: Sous Chef Work Location: Plaza Observatorio Working Hours: Morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off. Requirements: Two years of experience in a similar position at chain restaurants, production area, staff management, handling of kitchen utensils, cooking methods, cutting techniques, preparation of base sauces, meat cuts, and knowledge of HACCP certification. Education: Secondary school, related technical degree, or Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy. Flexible availability of working hours. Residence in areas close to the workplace. Responsibilities: Supervise and control dish preparation. Plan daily production. Supervise machinery operation. Supervise cleanliness of kitchen areas. Conduct inventory counts and purchase scheduling. Verify and replenish raw materials. Deal with suppliers. Train staff. Clean the work area.
