General Job Objective: Support kitchen operations as required to prepare meals for residents. Main Responsibilities (Duties): - Transports supplies from warehouses to kitchens. - Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in refrigerated and frozen storage rooms. - Organizes, washes, and stores food and raw materials. - Prepares food as directed by the head chef. - Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in refrigerated and frozen storage rooms. - Washes dishes. - Cleans the kitchen (equipment and facilities).
