




Position Summary: Zurich is seeking an Actuarial Analyst to support technical reserve valuation, claims experience analysis, and actuarial model development. Key Highlights: 1. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. **Zurich, a leading international insurer, invites you to join its team as:** **Actuarial Analyst** **Skills and Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Mathematics or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in actuarial mathematics, finance, probability, and statistics. * Interest in actuarial modeling and quantitative analysis * Interest in programming and database management (Python, R, SQL, VBA or similar). * Intermediate \- advanced Excel. **Responsibilities** * Support technical reserve valuation under Mexican statutory regulations (Solvency II) and IFRS 17 for medical expense, personal accident, and life insurance products (group, individual, and flexible). * Preparation, validation, and analysis of actuarial databases. * Support claims experience analysis and portfolio behavior analysis. Participate in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of actuarial methodologies and models used for: * * reserve valuation * risk analysis * technical projections * * Prepare recurring actuarial reports for local regulators and Zurich Group. * Design and propose technical indicators and KPIs for business management. * Document processes and controls. * Identify and resolve opportunities for automation and continuous improvement of actuarial processes. **Requirements:** * Notify your People Manager. * Have completed 6 months in your current position. * Have a satisfactory performance evaluation. **We Offer:** * Attractive compensation package. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Flexible work arrangements.
