The **Agile Engineer** will serve as the technical lead for the systems supported by the Contract Management team for Argentina, Chile, and Mexico. The professional will be the primary technical point of contact, collaborating closely with the system architect and Product Owner (PO) to translate business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as the **technical lead** for Contract Management systems in CLAR and MX. * Act as the technical focal point between PO (business), architecture, development, and support teams. * Translate functional and business requirements into **technical user stories**, acceptance criteria, and engineering solutions, supported by the system architect. * Guide and support developers in implementing solutions, ensuring compliance with technical standards, architecture, and best practices. * Act as **Level 3 (L3) support**, assisting support teams in analyzing complex incidents, performing root cause analysis, and defining corrective actions. * Ensure technical quality, stability, performance, and security of solutions. * Assess technical impacts of changes, integrations, and fixes in production environments. * Support architectural evolution and reduction of technical debt for systems under their responsibility. **Educational Background:** Degrees in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. **Skills and Competencies:** **Technical:** * Solid experience as a software engineer or technical lead for critical systems. * Knowledge of software architecture, integrations, APIs, and enterprise systems. * Experience in DevOps environments and production system operations. * Ability to perform deep technical analysis of problems and complex incidents. **Technical Communication:** * Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical solutions. * Effective communication with developers, architects, support teams, and stakeholders. **Accountability and Autonomy:** * Acting as a technical reference point. **Collaboration:** * Close collaboration with regional and global teams (CLAR and MX). **Additional and Differentiating Requirements:** * Availability to attend the office twice per week (hybrid model). * Advanced English (spoken and written). * Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering or similar technical roles. * Experience with Infolease and Oracle. **All members enjoy** * Two working days per year dedicated to volunteering with local NGOs. * Health and wellness program: fresh fruit daily and on-site massages available in our clinic. * Flexible working hours and hybrid work model: you choose where and how you work (within your scope of responsibilities). * Professional development opportunities: mentoring and online training, development programs for members. * View all regional benefits via this link.
