We are currently seeking our next HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST. **Responsibilities** * Calculation and processing of **payroll**. * Determination and calculation of **payroll-related taxes**. * Calculation and management of **employer-employee contributions to IMSS**. * Preparation of **employment termination settlements and liquidations**, in accordance with current labor legislation. * Administration of **payroll incidents** (absences, vacations, disabilities, etc.). * Implementation and analysis of **organizational climate surveys**. * Coordination and follow-up of **performance evaluations**. * Identification and analysis of **training needs (TNA)**. * Support in the development and implementation of **training programs**. * Administration and updating of **personnel files**. * Support in **recruitment and selection processes**, as required. * Ensuring compliance with applicable **labor and tax regulations**. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field**. * Minimum of **2 to 3 years** of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of: * **Payroll** calculation * **Federal Labor Law** * **IMSS, INFONAVIT, and payroll tax obligations** * **Organizational development processes** * Intermediate or advanced **Excel** proficiency. * NOI experience is desirable. **Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail * Analytical thinking * Confidentiality and professional ethics * Effective communication * Internal service orientation **We Offer** **Meal allowance support** **\* Statutory benefits** **\* Meal allowance support** **\* Additional benefits** If you are interested in being part of an outstanding experience, please send your CV to viridiana.villanueva@mgpcomercializadora.mx or call 55 8045 2391.
