Job Summary: MW Implementation Engineer responsible for analysis, design, troubleshooting, and support of multi-vendor microwave networks, preparing technical reports and coordinating telecommunications projects. GPON technology configuration and support **MW Implementation Engineer** **Location:** CDMX **Key Responsibilities:** * Analysis and design of microwave (MW) links in multi-vendor networks * Troubleshooting operational MW networks to ensure service stability and continuity * GPON technology configuration and support * Preparation of technical reports and implementation project documentation * Support in coordinating telecommunications transport and access projects **Required Technical Knowledge:** * Network management systems: **U2000, NCE, Netmaster, NSPj** * Design tools: **Ellipse and Pathloss** * Knowledge of MW link propagation * Familiarity with MW link planning and simulation methodologies **Experience:** * Minimum **3 years** in telecommunications projects involving multi-vendor MW equipment * Practical experience in transport network configuration and troubleshooting **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Computer Systems, or related field **Desired Certifications:** * CCNA / CCNP (other certifications in optical transport and MW are also valued) * Participation in high-impact telecommunications projects * Professional development in multi\-vendor MW and GPON technologies * Continuous training and career development plan * Competitive compensation commensurate with experience Employment Type: Project-based or fixed-term contract Contract Duration: 12 months Salary: Starting from $17,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Experience: * Transport network configuration and troubleshooting: 2 years (Mandatory) * Basic Cisco router and switching configuration: 1 year (Mandatory) * Microwave link supervision: 2 years (Mandatory) * Cellular site supervision: 2 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
