




Position Summary: We are seeking a leader with restaurant operations experience to supervise staff, ensure excellent service, and manage the unit in the absence of the Manager. Delivering the best guest service experience (service sequence, suggestive selling). Handling food and beverage items (preparation time and presentation). Taking responsibility for the unit and performing the Manager’s duties in their absence (identifying, preventing, and resolving issues). Supervising team members to ensure effective performance in accordance with established standards. Excellent service attitude—especially during peak hours. Performing end-of-day closing procedures for the unit. Availability for full-time work and willingness to commute within CDMX.
