Join our team as a **MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT.** **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Support the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities on machinery and electrical installations, ensuring operational continuity, safety, and proper equipment functionality. **GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support equipment maintenance. * Ensure accurate recordkeeping. * Prevent failures. * Contribute to operational safety. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery. * Perform cleaning of equipment and work areas. * Take and record data (voltage readings, measurements, etc.). * Assist the maintenance supervisor in technical tasks. * Identify basic faults and report them. * Maintain maintenance logs. * Prepare reports and activity tracking. * Support basic electrical installations. * Ensure order and safety in the area. * Comply with industrial safety regulations. **COMPETENCIES** * Service-oriented attitude. * Rapid learning ability. * Analytical thinking. * Problem-solving skills. * Risk prevention awareness. * Attention to detail. * Technical curiosity. * Manual dexterity. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree in electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field (or incomplete degree). * Experience in maintenance (experience in printing is desirable but not mandatory). **DESIRABLE TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:** * Multimeter usage. * Caliper usage. * Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge. * Preventive maintenance practices. * Basic interpretation of measurements. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Maintenance log and report management. **WE OFFER:** * Salary: $13,000–$16,000 (based on experience) * Statutory benefits * Positive work environment and job stability * Training and growth opportunities * Location: Tetelpan neighborhood, Álvaro Obregón (preference for candidates residing near the area) * Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time | Saturday, half-day * Work modality: On-site * Interested candidates may apply through this platform or email:**gestiontalento@4packshop.com** Salary: $13,000.00–$16,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
