Job Summary: Ensure the proper functioning of machinery, equipment, and facilities through timely, efficient maintenance and activity planning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and execution of machinery and equipment maintenance. 2. Development of maintenance programs and resource management. 3. Development of preventive and corrective maintenance plans. **MAINTENANCE** General Purpose of the Position: Ensure the proper functioning of machinery, equipment, and facilities through timely and efficient maintenance services and activity planning to optimize resource utilization. **REQUIREMENTS** **Age: 30 to 55 years** **Education:** HIGH SCHOOL Availability for flexible working hours **Experience in:** 5 years in a similar position * Intermediate plastic injection * Mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics * Cooling equipment * Basic electronics and PLCs * Use of measuring instruments * Development of preventive and corrective maintenance plans * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Basic technical English **Skills:** * Personnel management * Document control * Responsible * Leadership * Organized * Committed * Conflict resolution **Main responsibilities include:** * Develop, coordinate, and perform maintenance on plant machinery, equipment, and facilities * Coordinate, supervise, and monitor maintenance performed by external vendors on plant machinery, equipment, and facilities * Maintain maintenance logs for plant machinery, equipment, and facilities * Request necessary resources from Plant Management to ensure optimal operation of plant machinery, equipment, and facilities * Identify training needs and submit them to the Production Manager * Prepare annual budgets to support maintenance programs * Submit monthly reports on process indicators (machine downtime hours, labor costs, spare parts expenses, machine repair records, etc.) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Education: * Completed Technical Degree (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
