Conduct social compliance audits and certifications **Opportunity:** Grupo Moyel is seeking a Compliance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all operations are carried out in compliance with established regulations and policies. **Responsibilities:** * Manage regulatory and compliance processes. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure implementation of internal policies (Code of Ethics, Labor Policies, Human Rights, Safety, Environment, etc.). * Analyze and report on risk areas and opportunities for improvement. * Promote a compliance culture across the organization. * Social Compliance Audits and Certifications (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit - SMETA 4 Pillars, Higg Index, Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production - WRAP, and Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism - CTPAT) * Environmental Management and Occupational Health & Safety * Internal Pre-Audit Program **Requirements:** * Prior experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of applicable regulations and laws within the industry. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. * Effective communication and collaboration skills. * Proficiency in English. * Willingness to travel to various facilities.
