A company powered by our people. **Requirements:** --------------- * Completed high school education. * Availability to work flexible hours and adapt to various operational shifts. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. * Strong Excel skills, including basic and intermediate functions. * One year of experience in transportation, focused on coordination and operational tracking. * Knowledge of transit times and geography of the United Mexican States, supporting efficient route and delivery management. **Main Responsibilities:** -------------------------- * Serve as the liaison and observation point among all involved departments (operations, safety, quality, and customer), ensuring strict adherence to established processes. * Comprehensively coordinate transportation activities: vehicle entry, loading, dispatch, and invoicing. * Ensure compliance with the assigned shipment plan per shift. * Manage and supervise operators and transportation routes. * Possess national-level knowledge of transit times and routes for accurate planning and execution. * Continuously monitor the shipment plan to ensure proper execution. * Verify that vehicles are clean and meet required specifications before departure. **Schedule: Rotating (3-shift rotation)** * 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. * 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. * 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. **Work Location:** * Cuautipark 2, Carr. a Teoloyucan 17, El Trebol, 54785 Tepotzotlán, Méx. **We Offer:** -------------- * $13,456 monthly gross salary * 10% food vouchers * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Free transportation from Zumpango, Jorobas, and San Martín Obispo along the entire Mexico–Querétaro highway. **At DHL Mexico, you’ll find an environment that challenges you to fully develop your professional skills and potential.
