We work diligently to become recognized leaders in metalworking processes through our impeccable quality, always placing the customer first, and committing to position ourselves as the primary trusted supplier for the national industry. **What is expected from the ideal candidate?** Manufacture, adjust, and machine metal parts using lathes and milling machines, meeting quality, safety, and delivery-time standards, thereby contributing to the workshop’s efficient operation and long-term teamwork. **Key responsibilities:** * Operate lathe and milling machine (conventional and/or CNC, as applicable). * Interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications. * Fabricate parts with precise tolerances. * Perform adjustments, corrections, and finishing. * Verify dimensions using measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges). * Conduct basic maintenance on machines and tools. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area. * Report deviations, failures, or errors promptly. * Coordinate effectively with supervision, engineering, or production. **Technical requirements:** * Proven experience as a **CNC Lathe and Milling Machine Operator**. * Knowledge of: * Lathe and milling machine operations * Blueprint reading * Basic metrology * Metallic materials (steel, aluminum, etc.) * Ability to work with **precision and repeatability**. * Preferred experience in a metal\-mechanical workshop (not mass production). **Human profile and values:** We seek a person who: * Is **honest and reliable** * Demonstrates **commitment to their work and to the workshop** * Respects processes and people * Has **employment stability** * Takes care of tools, equipment, and materials * Is interested in **staying and growing** within the company in the medium and long term **Desired competencies:** * Responsibility and punctuality * Attention to detail * Order and discipline * Ability to follow instructions * Good communication * Teamwork **What we offer:** * Salary range: MXN$2,500\-$3,500 per week * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) coverage * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Vacation bonus (prima vacacional) * Overtime pay * Productivity bonus * Stable employment in a formal workshop, Monday (8:00\-18:00 hrs.) to Friday (8:00\-16:00 hrs.) * Respectful and collaborative work environment * Opportunity for long-term employment and development * Compensation commensurate with experience * Internal training (based on performance) **Selection process:** * Initial interview (focusing on values and stability) * Technical test * Hiring Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $2,500\.00 \- $3,500\.00 per week Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Free parking * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
