We are currently seeking a strategic, highly operational profile with strong organizational capabilities to join us as: **General Services Manager** This position will play a key role in the administration and operation of offices, warehouses, operational resources, and work tools that ensure the continuity of our nationwide operations. We seek a person capable of building order, structure, control, and operational efficiency within a highly dynamic and demanding company. **Position Impact** Guarantee the operational and administrative continuity of the company’s offices, warehouses, and general resources, ensuring order, control, functionality, and efficient support for various business areas. This position will have direct impact on: * Operational infrastructure * Resource administration * Vehicle fleet * Assets * Work tools * And national-level operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Lead maintenance, renovation, and continuous improvement projects for offices, warehouses, and operational spaces. * Coordinate allocation of workspaces and locations for administrative and operational staff. * Manage the vehicle fleet: * Insurance policies * Vehicle inspections * Preventive and corrective maintenance * Traffic fines * Fuel consumption control * Cost analysis and improvement proposals. * Supervise control and inventory of furniture, assets, and general company resources. * Coordinate delivery, replacement, and control of uniforms and safety equipment. * Manage vendors, quotations, and negotiations related to general services. * Coordinate with the IT department on technological infrastructure adaptations, maintenance, and requirements. * Coordinate with Human Resources on preparing work tools and resources for new hires. * Track recovery of tools, equipment, and assets during employee offboarding processes. * Analyze operational expenses and generate optimization and cost-control proposals. * Implement administrative controls and operational follow-up processes. * Identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives. **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. * Solid experience in general services management, facilities management, or operational resource management. * Experience managing: * Vendors * Maintenance * Vehicle fleets * Assets * Budgets * Administrative controls. * Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities. * Excellent prioritization and problem-solving skills. * Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficiency in Excel and administrative tools. * Highly operational, structured, and results-oriented profile. *What matters most to us* We seek a person with an operational mindset, sense of urgency, and strong execution capability.
