Work with customs brokers and carriers **Work Schedule** Standard (Mon\-Fri)**Environmental Conditions** Office**Job Description** **DESCRIPTION** --------------- Functions and Responsibilities: * Coordinate and manage the import and export processes of goods. * Maintain close communication with customs brokers, carriers, and other parties involved in foreign trade operations. * Monitor and control import and export processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines and the correct documentation required. * Execute import and export operations, ensuring compliance with the company's quality systems. * Ensure the correct classification of imported and exported materials and products in accordance with customs regulations. * Support in the procurement of comparator drugs for clinical trials. * Preparation of reports required by clients and/or the company. * Assistance with procedures before government agencies (COFEPRIS). * Training on company systems and/or tools that enable the performance of related activities (GxP). * Other tasks may be required to meet business requirements. **REQUIREMENTS** ---------------- Minimum Basic Requirements: * Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, and Internet. * English (Intermediate\-Advanced). * Knowledge of international customs regulations and procedures, as well as transportation and logistics procedures. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education/Experience: * Graduates in administration, commerce, and international business. * 3 to 4 years of experience in similar areas.
