CAR STORE, a leading company in the creation of road safety devices, is seeking a FLEET COORDINATOR. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles. * Schedule and track vehicle inspections and mandatory procedures (road tax payments, license plates, insurance, renewals). * Manage periodic vehicle washing and cleaning. * Administer vehicle assignment to staff, ensuring availability and usage control. * Monitor fuel consumption and refueling via digital platforms. * Supervise real-time tracking and monitoring of vehicles. * Manage and track traffic fines, accidents, and roadside assistance. * Review and validate staff’s valid driver’s licenses. * Prepare administrative reports on costs, consumption, and status of each vehicle. * Coordinate staff training on traffic regulations and road safety. * Develop and maintain relationships with allied mechanical workshops across different regions of the Republic to ensure nationwide coverage. * Basic mechanical knowledge * Knowledge of general maintenance. **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma or technical degree (preferably in automotive mechanics, administration, logistics, or maintenance) * Office and facility maintenance processes * Traffic regulations and road safety * Proficiency in Excel and fleet management systems. * Minimum 1 year of experience * Valid driver’s license * Availability to supervise vehicles and offices in the field. * Proactive attitude and commitment to safety and order. * Statutory benefits from day one * Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm * Saturdays, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm * Fixed rest day on Sundays * Monthly salary $12,500.00 * Performance bonus $2,500.00 * Biweekly payments.
