A major logistics company is seeking: OPERATIONAL BILLING CLERK. REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Minimum completed high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred. * Experience: 1 year as an operational billing clerk or administrative assistant in a warehouse or similar role. * Schedule: Monday to Saturday. * Availability for rotating shifts across three shifts. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Report preparation. * File management. * Monitoring and tracking of customer and supplier invoicing. * Storage systems, material handling, and administrative management systems. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Enter service orders into the system to generate official invoices for end customers and print them. * Maintain an up-to-date database of supporting documentation to ensure detailed tracking of invoiced and delivered orders to end customers. * Cancel deliveries in the system when materials are unavailable for invoicing. * Prepare reports on all received orders, invoices issued, and shipments dispatched, for statistical analysis. * Generate reports based on the customer’s monthly targets. * Comply with the quality management system and good documentation practices.
