Position: RETENTION ADVISOR We seek individuals with negotiation skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Provide personalized advisory services to customers registered on our platform. Manage and strengthen relationships with private clients. Actively support customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation. Serve as an intermediary between the company and potential customers. Promote and market our products and services via call center operations. Requirements: Sales experience Financial broker experience, negotiation, customer service and follow-up — desirable but not mandatory Customer retention experience Full-time availability Communication and negotiation skills Sales or customer service experience — desirable We Offer: Monthly salary of $15,000 net.
