




Job Summary: This role is responsible for comprehensive personnel administration, managing onboarding, offboarding, personnel files, incidents, and supporting payroll preparation, ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive personnel administration and labor documentation. 2. Management of incidents, disabilities, and vacations. 3. Preparation of payroll drafts and bonus calculations. Responsibilities: Onboarding and offboarding personnel in the internal Human Resources system and submitting offboarding documents to Workday (WD). Administration of personnel files and labor documentation (employer letters, administrative minutes). Management of incidents, disabilities, vacations, and completion of ST-7 form. Responding to and resolving employee inquiries; administering surveys to Contact Center staff. Tracking assignment of computer equipment and mobile phones; coordinating with IT Systems for new hires. Preparing payroll drafts, calculating productivity bonuses and transportation allowances. Managing platforms: SUA, IDSE, SAT, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT; preparing reports requested by the department. Proven experience in personnel administration. Knowledge of IMSS and the Federal Labor Law (LFT).
