We are looking for talent with strategic vision and passion for sales to join us as: Field Sales Executive (Commercial Development and Wholesale) What will be your mission? You will serve as the brand’s face in the field, driving growth of our customer portfolio by engaging active clients (retailers and wholesalers) and opening new business opportunities—ensuring Link Bits reaches every corner of your assigned territory. Requirements: • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in field sales, route sales, or wholesale channel sales (verifiable). • Industry knowledge (Desirable): Prior experience in lighting, electrical supplies, consumer electronics (speakers/gadgets), hardware, or technology sectors. • Technical skills: Proficiency in consultative selling processes, route planning, basic Excel and digital tools (CRM), effective negotiation, self-management, and strong professional communication ability. • Essential requirements: o Completed high school diploma (a bachelor’s degree—completed or incomplete—is a plus). o Valid driver’s license. o High capacity for self-management, discipline, and results-oriented focus. Your Challenge at Link Bits: Your primary objective will be executing the commercial strategy in the field (80–90% of your time), ensuring brand growth within your assigned territory. Your key responsibilities: • Account Management & Development: Visit and retain active customers, identify new needs, and expand product assortment. • Prospecting: Identify and enter new market niches (retailers, wholesalers, installers, and projects). • Field Execution: Negotiate visibility space, verify pricing, and monitor competition. • Distributor Management: Conduct joint visits to promote the full product portfolio. • Administrative Oversight: Report progress and track orders via CRM. We Offer: • Statutory benefits from day one (year-end bonus, vacation premium, and IMSS). • Base salary: $13,000.00 gross per month. • Bonus scheme: Earn based on what you sell! Commissions and bonuses ranging from $10,000 to $40,000 monthly. • Job stability: Direct employment with an established market leader. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Fixed rest day: Sundays.
