The position is Assistant Store Manager, and responsibilities include: Leadership: Effective supervision of assigned personnel. Operations: Rigorous inventory control and cash register management. Administration: Preparation of operational reports, administrative tasks, and submission of payroll or personnel incident reports. Attitude: Strong sense of responsibility and results-oriented mindset.
