Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineer with experience in electrical project management, personnel management, budgeting, and client interaction, with availability to travel and relocate. Opportunity for development in nationwide projects. **Education:** Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (or related field); preferably experienced in the administrative aspects of projects. Must possess **intermediate-to-advanced electrical knowledge.** **Gender:** Unrestricted **Age:** 23 to 40 years old **Experience:** **Project management**, supervision of execution personnel (5\-10\), budget management, direct client interaction, reconciliation of electrical materials, proficiency with documents such as purchase orders, estimates, etc. **KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:** · Office software suite (EXCEL, WORD, POWER POINT) · AutoCAD proficiency. · Problem-solving skills. · Analytical reasoning and decision-making ability. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** · Monitor **administrative processes.** · Budget administration. · On-site construction surveying. · Interpretation and development of electrical drawings and/or diagrams. · Construction progress tracking (construction logbooks, schedules, etc.). · Assign tasks and timelines to supervised personnel. · Liaise with client supervisors and other contractors. · Logistics coordination for technical support services (personnel management, route and service schedule assignment). · Construction control. · Administration of estimates, purchase orders, and work orders. · Provide feedback to the safety and environmental department. · Reporting for the assigned project. Working hours: 08:00 to 18:00 hrs. **Preference for candidates with standard-vehicle driving experience.** **FULL-TIME TRAVEL AVAILABILITY AND TEMPORARY RELOCATION ARE MANDATORY.** **We offer:** Salary: **$16,500 gross** Plus food vouchers Statutory benefits (**IMSS, vacation, vacation bonus, 20-day Christmas bonus**) Per diem allowance: 70% of daily salary.
