Job Summary: Develop and optimize injection molding processes, ensure automotive compliance, and continuously improve production. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and optimize injection molding processes. 2. Implement continuous improvements and ensure process stability. 3. Participate in APQP activities and audits. - **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, validate, and optimize injection molding processes for launches and series production. * Define and document process parameters, process sheets, and operational standards. * Participate in APQP activities, including PFMEA, Control Plan, and capability studies. * Execute and support PPAP. * Analyze and correct molding defects (flash, sink marks, warpage, flow lines, burn marks, etc.). * Implement continuous improvements focused on scrap reduction, OEE improvement, and cycle time reduction. * Provide technical support to production to ensure process stability. * Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tooling, and Production departments. * Participate in internal and external audits (customer, IATF). * Ensure compliance with automotive customer-specific requirements (CSR). * Train process technicians and operators**Requirements:** * Completed engineering degree * 3\-5 years of experience in automotive molding * In-depth knowledge of plastic injection molding processes. * Knowledge of automotive resins: PP, PPO, ABS, PC, PA (Nylon), PBT, MMA, fiber-reinforced materials, etc. * Conversational English * Knowledge of mold design and operation: gates, balancing, cooling, ejection systems. * Advanced process parameter adjustment and cycle optimization. * Experience with process validation. * Proficiency with automotive quality tools: APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, 8D / Root Cause Analysis, knowledge and application of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001\. * Ability to interpret drawings, GD\&T, and technical specifications. * Software proficiency: Excel, Minitab, SPC, molding simulation (desirable).**Why Join Us?** You can grow at Aptiv.
