Job Summary: Inventory Analyst responsible for safeguarding assets through risk analysis and systematic review of processes across local and international branches. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in the physical and documentary safeguarding of assets. 2. Conducting physical counts and data reconciliation. 3. Supporting audits and loss prevention. ***LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL INVENTORY ANALYST*** The mission of this position is to ensure the physical and documentary safeguarding of assets through risk analysis and systematic review of multiple processes and documentation across our various local and international branches. Branches to visit: Polanco, Izcalli, Querétaro, Irapuato, Celaya, San Francisco del Rincón, León, and San Luis. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Physical counts: Conduct periodic and ad-hoc inventories to verify actual stock levels. * Data reconciliation: Compare physical inventory with accounting or system records to identify discrepancies. * Report preparation: Generate basic reports on stock levels, product turnover, and shortages. * Audit support: Assist in internal or external inventory-related audits. * Loss prevention: Report anomalies, damages, or shortages to prevent shrinkage. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum verifiable experience of 2 years * Preferred age range: 25–35 years * Inventory analysis and adjustments * Cash drawer reconciliation * Invoicing * **Willingness to travel locally and internationally; all expenses covered (accommodation, meals, transportation)** ***WE OFFER*** * *Base salary* * *Statutory benefits* * *Per diems* * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM–6 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM–2 PM * Excellent work environment ***If you are interested in this vacancy and meet the profile, please send your updated CV to 5578767431*** Salary: Starting from $9,582.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Transportation assistance or service * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone Experience: * Inventory control: 2 years (Mandatory) Willingness to travel: * 75% (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
