




Job Description: An insurance sector company is looking for a responsible and proactive Administrative professional with strong common sense and customer service orientation. The selected candidate will provide general administrative support, ensuring orderly, efficient, and accurate management of information and customer service. Main Responsibilities: * In-person, telephone, and digital customer service and follow-up. * Management and filing of administrative documentation and policies. * Data entry and updating in computer systems. * Coordination of internal procedures and support to the sales team. * Calendar management, email handling, and general administrative tasks. * Resolution of inquiries with sound judgment, responsibility, and courteous treatment. Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, with verifiable references. * Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks. * Proactive, responsible profile with well-developed common sense. * Strong customer service skills. * Technological knowledge and computer proficiency (Office suite, email, administrative systems). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Age: between 23 and 45 years. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset.
