Join the Emobel team as: Quality Assistant Position Objective: Manage and ensure supply chain activities for equipment delivery and installation, validating quality standards to achieve compliance and deliver customer service. Job Functions: 1. Schedule equipment installation activities for item delivery according to weekly requests from the after-sales department. 2. Manage and schedule installation and delivery activities in SAP 4/HANA to track and ensure compliance. 3. Prepare daily documentation upon shift closure to reflect completion of equipment installations. 4. Schedule item deliveries with individual and internal customers according to routes, for delivery to each location. 5. Conduct warranty evaluations reported by customers to issue assessments and proceed with resolution and ticket closure. 6. Validate with various customers that housing units meet required conditions per specifications to proceed with equipment installation. 7. Coordinate installation activities with different suppliers—including entry dates, closing dates, access permissions, work plans, equipment inspection, and certification—to fulfill agreements with customers. 8. Close the equipment certification and item delivery process in SAP 4/HANA to continue the Controller area’s workflow. 9. Submit monthly reports on security alerts or incidents, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules. 10. Document quality alerts and ensure adherence to good practices and the 5S Quality Management System.
