Job Summary: Responsible for personalized, in-person collection management, analyzing accounts and recording collection activities to meet targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage collections diligently, courteously, and firmly. 2. Analyze and customize collection management according to the customer. 3. Develop skills in collections and customer service. **Job Description** ---------------------- Responsible for personally collecting from customers with delinquency ranging from 30 to 149 days. * Conduct daily field collection activities on accounts assigned by the collection system; visited areas include Miguel Hidalgo, Tlalpan, Xochimilco, Álvaro Obregón, Magdalena Contreras, Coyoacán, Cuajimalpa, Cuauhtémoc, Gustavo A. Madero, Benito Juárez, and Venustiano Carranza. * Analyze each account prior to visiting to perform complementary and consistent collections aligned with previous actions, customizing your approach based on customer characteristics, risk level, and degree of delinquency. * Record every collection activity performed on delinquent accounts strictly according to the system’s coding parameters. * Review daily productivity, effectiveness, and recovery rates to apply necessary strategies enabling achievement of established targets. * Interact with all customers diligently, courteously, and firmly. * Investigate and gather additional information for accounts where no contact has been established. * Establish payment agreements in accordance with departmental guidelines. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Collections * Customer service **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via AIRA — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
