Achieving **1 billion USD** in revenue is a challenge we are confident we will meet — thanks to the **collaboration** and **talent** of our people — writing yet another success story together. **What are we looking for?** * **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Analysis, design, and development of **Batch** and **Online (CICS)** programs. + Maintenance and optimization of complex **COBOL** packages for core banking. + Handling data structures in **DB2** and managing **VSAM** files. + Creation and modification of **JCLs** for executing batch processes. + Ensuring technical quality through unit testing and compliance with banking security standards. * **EXPERIENCE (YEARS):** + Minimum 3 years of solid experience in Mainframe environments. * **CORE TECHNOLOGY STACK:** + COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM, TSO/ISPF, Changeman or Endeavor (Version control). * **ENGLISH LEVEL:** + **Basic \- Intermediate (A2/B1\):** Ability to understand technical manuals and tools. * **BANKING SECTOR EXPERIENCE:** + **Mandatory.** Knowledge of banking transactional flows and high-availability regulations. **What do we offer?** **Babel, the great way to achieve the success.** Do you want to join an expanding, committed, and innovative team that makes history every day?
