Leading Automotive Parts Company is seeking Training Analyst Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, or Communication. Experience: 2 years in training administrative and operational staff, internal communication. Proficiency in Moodle platform and ability to generate information on the SIRCE platform. Responsibilities: * Conduct in-person onboarding for operational staff at Counters * Evaluate and monitor operational staff at Counters * Manage internal communication displays * Design internal announcements for (Corporate and RC Warehouse) and disseminate them via displays * Generate information on the SIRCE platform registered with STPS Work Location: Col.
