DE C.V. is seeking a Training Instructor in Benito Juárez, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A reputable company with presence in CDMX and the Metropolitan Zone is looking for: TRAINING INSTRUCTOR REQUIREMENTS Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in Education or Psychology Experience: 1–2 years as a Training Analyst Work location: Colonia del Valle, Zapata Metro Station Knowledge of the entire training process, instructor experience, solid understanding of NOM-035-STPS, course development, instructional materials, and legal compliance in training RESPONSIBILITIES Carry out the entire Corporate Needs Diagnosis (DNC) process Develop the annual Training Plan and Program based on the DNC Conduct scheduled trainings outlined in the annual Training Plan Develop courses and instructional materials Prepare descriptive course outlines and session plans for each course Deliver induction training for new employees Ensure legal compliance in training and staff development Coordinate and manage supplies, equipment, and facilities required for each training session Apply NOM-035 Support employee integration and motivation programs Operate the MOODLE platform Desirable: Instructional design knowledge and familiarity with legal compliance requirements related to training WE OFFER: Salary: $15,000–$18,000 MXN per month (gross) Statutory benefits Timely payments Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM–2 PM **Desired education level:** Higher education — degree holder **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Customer service **Industry:** Automotive *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69a5da43390000430027c7f0\&source\=indeed*
