




Job Summary: HS&E Coordinator focused on leading compliance with HS&E standards, implementing safety systems, and investigating incidents. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a candidate to fill the position of **HS&E Coordinator** in **Azcapotzalco, Mexico City**, with a focus on **Health, Safety & Environment (HS\&E)**. **Your Impact in This Role** * Lead and ensure **HS\&E compliance** at the client plant. * Implement and monitor **safety systems** (inspections, incident reporting, chemical handling, training, and scorecards). * Prepare and manage **work permits**, QRP, and ARPs per P\&G guidelines. * Coordinate **safety inductions and refresher trainings** for personnel. * Lead **incident investigations**, execution of action plans, and follow-up on audits. * Ensure proper use of **certified PPE** and adherence to housekeeping and cleanliness standards. * Maintain ongoing communication with the client and participate in **HS\&E meetings**. **Requirements** * **Technical degree, engineering intern, or degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field**. * **6 months of experience** in **industrial safety, HS\&E, or risk management**. * Desired experience in **risk analysis** and safety systems. * Knowledge of **safety regulations** and chemical handling. * Key competencies: **organization, assertive communication, planning, teamwork**. * Basic proficiency in **digital tools**. * Availability for **occasional support** at other district plants. **Position Details** * **Location:** Vallejo, Azcapotzalco – CDMX * **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, **7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.** (48 hours/week) **About Ecolab** ---------------- At Ecolab, we prioritize talent by building diverse, highly skilled teams operating across nearly three million customer sites in over 170 countries.
