




**Job Description** Company dedicated to the **rental and maintenance of electric generators, compressors, light towers, and transportation equipment** is seeking a **Maintenance Coordinator**, responsible for **coordinating** preventive and corrective maintenance activities for rental equipment, yard equipment, transportation equipment, and company facilities. **Main Responsibilities** Develop and propose the **maintenance plan** for: * Rental equipment * Yard equipment * Transportation equipment * Company facilities in coordination with the Technical Coordinator and the Traffic Coordinator. * Schedule and coordinate **preventive, corrective, and unscheduled maintenance** tasks. * Supervise the proper execution of preventive, corrective, and autonomous maintenance. * Deliver maintenance calendars and forms to the Technical Coordinator for execution. * Verify correct completion, safeguarding, and archiving of **checklists and maintenance sheets**. * Interpret technical manuals, equipment specifications, and **electrical diagrams**. * Plan and ensure **availability of spare parts** required for maintenance. * Authorize warehouse material requisitions. * Request material purchases to maintain **spare parts stock**. * Manage and control the **maintenance department budget**. * Develop, monitor, and track **performance indicators (KPIs)** for the department. * Prepare and submit **maintenance reports** to Operations Management. * Identify and report **costs for damages attributable to the customer**. * Record maintenance activities in the **Odoo** system. * Establish and keep updated **inspection and verification procedures**. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal procedures. **Requirements** * Engineering or bachelor’s degree in **Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Electrical, Mechanical**, or related field * Minimum 2 **years** of experience coordinating or supervising industrial maintenance * Industrial electricity * Electric power generation equipment * Preventive and corrective maintenance * Maintenance planning * Spare parts and warehouse management * Budget control * Experience using **ERP systems** (Odoo preferred) * Ability to interpret technical manuals and electrical diagrams * Availability for fieldwork and operational coordination **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Training and development in technical and management areas. * Growth opportunities within a solid and expanding company. **Working Hours** Start time: 8:00 am End time: 6:00 pm Workdays: Monday\-Friday **Work Location** C. 28 519\-local 6, Maya, 97134 Mérida, Yuc.
