Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment A prestigious company is currently seeking talent to join as: **SYSTEMS ASSISTANT** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide technical support to internal users and VIP users. * Administration and management of Microsoft 365 accounts\. * Configuration, support, and maintenance of networks and connectivity. * Diagnosis and resolution of technical incidents. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. * Repair and replacement of computer hardware components. * Configuration and support for LAN/WAN networks. * IP address management and connectivity administration. * Tracking and resolution of technical failures. * Inventory control and management of technological assets. * Support in general activities of the systems department. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Technical degree in Systems, Computer Science, IT, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Systems Assistant or Technical Support Specialist. * Experience in user support, including VIP users. * Knowledge of Microsoft 365\. * Experience in network and connectivity administration. * Technical knowledge of LAN/WAN, IP addressing, and technical support. * Service-oriented attitude, teamwork skills, and problem-solving focus **WE OFFER:** * Monthly salary of $10,500\. * Statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Job stability and opportunities for professional development. **WORK LOCATION:** Mexico City, 10 minutes from Chapultepec metro station.
