Job Summary: SPEI Operator will manage interbank electronic payments, ensuring compliance with Banco de México regulations and handling liquidity for albo. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate the Interbank Electronic Payments System (SPEI). 2. Manage liquidity and fund the SPEI account. 3. About the Role As SPEI Operator, your primary responsibility will be to operate the Interbank Electronic Payments System (SPEI), observing and applying at all times the mechanisms, requirements, and applicable regulations published by Banco de México. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute the connection of the SPEI application required by albo to operate within the SPEI. * Sign and submit Transfer Orders on behalf of and for the account of albo. * Adjust the Reserved Balance and submit any other required information to the SPEI, as specified in the SPEI Manual. * Sign and submit Credit Confirmations and processing notifications. * Manage liquidity handling for the balances that albo maintains in its SPEI account. * Fund the SPEI account. * Execute the operational closeout of the SPEI. * Respond to information requests and actionable items that may be issued by the competent authority. * Comply at all times with the eligibility requirements for participation in the payment system published by Banco de México. **Profile and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Administration, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ verifiable experience operating systems for financial market transactions. * Knowledge of the Mexican Financial System’s operation. * Proficiency in regulations applicable to Mexico’s Payment Systems. * Understanding of processes, operational policies, and management tools for Payment Systems. * Experience, skills, and in-depth knowledge in Treasury and/or Operations (back office). * Not disqualified from holding employment, position, or commission within the Mexican Financial System.
