We are currently seeking talent such as: Java Developer Trainee On-site Mode Profile: Experience \+6 months using Java (professional internships or academic projects) Basic Java SE programming Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) fundamentals Basic knowledge of Spring / Spring Boot (desirable) Elementary knowledge of: SQL (simple queries) HTML/CSS/JS (if required by the application) Initial familiarity with: Git IDEs (IntelliJ, Eclipse, NetBeans) Basic understanding of application logs Responsibilities: Application support project activities (Trainee) Handling Level 1 / low-level Level 2 incidents Performing initial error analysis (log review) Supporting resolution of: Simple functional errors Configuration failures Appropriate escalation of more complex tickets Executing simple SQL scripts under guidance Validating fixes in development or QA environments Documenting: Recurring incidents Applied solutions Ticket tracking in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.) Support during deployment windows (observer/support role) We offer: Indefinite-term employment contract.
