Opportunities for professional training and development A leading technology company requires: **TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER FOR INDUSTRIAL PRINTERS** **\*\*\*ADVANCED ENGLISH REQUIRED\*\*\*** **Job Requirements:** * Minimum education: Technician in Information Technologies, Computer Science, Computing, or related field. * Prior experience in technical support and telephone assistance. * Advanced English skills; interaction is with customers in the U.S. and Canada. * Knowledge of technical support, customer service, printers, and multifunction devices. **Job Responsibilities:** * Provide telephone technical support in English for branded industrial printing equipment. * **Resolve hardware-related technical issues (70%) and software-related issues (30%); specialized training is provided.** * Handle user requests and inquiries. * Maintain records of reported incidents. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts plus 1-hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks. * WEEKENDS OFF (Saturday and Sunday) * Work location: NEAR PARQUE DE LOS VENADOS METRO STATION ON THE GOLD LINE **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of $20,000\. * Statutory benefits * Immediate and permanent employment * Opportunities for professional training and development. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
