**About the Company**
* We are an international importer and distributor of diverse products, operating across four divisions: special projects, point-of-sale, wholesale, and online sales (E-commerce). Currently undergoing a digital transformation—particularly in multi-channel operations—we invite you to join our team as: Accounting, Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable Specialist.
**Position Objective:** Maintain a healthy accounts receivable portfolio by performing collection follow-up, bank reconciliations and system entries, managing returns and credit notes, re-invoicing, resolving customer account statement discrepancies, and handling customer and marketplace portals.

**Our Offer:**
* **Monthly Salary:** MXN 15,000 (tax-free, plus statutory benefits and above)

**Your Profile — What We’re Looking For:**
* Technical or undergraduate degree (completed, incomplete, or intern) in administrative or accounting disciplines.
* Highly desirable experience working for distributors serving traditional clients, wholesalers, and distributors; knowledge of retail, self-service formats, and marketplaces (Mercado Libre, Amazon, Walmart).
* 1–2 years of solid accounting experience: managing and reconciling payroll-related taxes (IMSS, Infonavit), bank reconciliations, invoice tracking, preparation of accounting records, expense/income/daily journal entries.
* 1–2 years of experience filing tax obligations (monthly, annual, DIOT, informative returns, shareholder reports, refunds, clarifications, etc.), including use of SAT portals (IDSE, SUA, DIOT, DEM), IMSS, Infonavit, and banking portals.
* 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (overdue accounts, unidentified deposits, reviewing/administering customer statements, identifying deposits, recording payments) and Accounts Payable (receiving, scheduling, and processing payments across all departments—payroll, taxes, services, and suppliers).
* Experience administering payment applications, tracking payment breakdowns with customers, reconciling income-related bank statements, and identifying income sources.
* 1–2 years of experience in invoicing (system-based invoicing per CFDI 4\.0\ standards, cancellations or re-invoicing, income and payment reporting).
* Proficiency in accounting software such as ASPEL COI, Microsoft Office, and intermediate-to-advanced Excel.
