Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineer, Computer Science graduate, or related field professional with knowledge of Windows, SQL, and networking for technical support and customer service in a 6-month project. Possibility of an indefinite-term contract after the project. **Requirements:** \-Age: 25 years or older \-Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, or related field \-6-month project with potential extension * Proficiency in Windows operating system; Windows Server 2019 preferred. * Knowledge of SQL (transaction analysis, queries, scripts, etc.) * Configuration of retail peripherals (thermal printers, scanners, keyboards, etc.) * Equipment cloning and migration * Essential networking knowledge (IP, host, subnets, etc.) * Empathy and excellent customer service skills. * We offer\-Salary: $11,000 to $12,000 plus statutory benefits * Office hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * **\-Monday to Friday (occasionally Saturdays)** * Location: Paseo de la Reforma Avenue Employment Type: Project-based or fixed-term contract Contract Duration: 6 months Salary: $11,500.00 \- $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
