Opportunity for recent graduates with no experience Join the best team and become a **First-Level Technical Support Analyst** We are looking for: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (internship status, in the process of graduation, graduated, ongoing, or incomplete) * Minimum 6 months of technical support experience via telephone (call center) or remotely (including social service and professional practice experience) * **Recent graduates:** **no experience required** Required Knowledge: * **SQL Server** as a Database Management System (DBMS) for data management (basic level) * **Basic networking knowledge** * **Windows Server** (basic) Responsibilities: * Resolve incidents remotely and via telephone. * Report failures using internal tools to supervisors. * Accurately document all activities performed during incident resolution.
