Exposure to real-world and relevant projects **Junior Infrastructure Consultant** (Mexico City / Hybrid) What will you do in this role? * Provide technical support to users (email, access, tools) * Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and modifications * Support infrastructure operations (Windows Server, M365, Azure) * Handle Tier-1 incident tickets * Escalate incidents when necessary * Document processes and solutions What are we looking for? * 1\-2 years of experience in technical support or infrastructure * Basic knowledge of: * Windows Server / Active Directory * Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) * Basic SQL * Azure concepts (preferred) * **Degree in Computer Science or related field** Most importantly: * Service-oriented attitude * Eagerness to learn * Proactivity * Strong communication skills What do we offer? * Growth opportunities in infrastructure and cloud * Ongoing training * Exposure to real-world projects Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (preferred) Experience: * Technical support: 1 year (required) * Network infrastructure: 1 year (required) Work location: Hybrid remote work in 02810, Ignacio Allende, CDMX
