We invite you to participate in the selection process to become part of our great team as: **Billing and Collections Assistant** **Requirements:** * Education: Completed, incomplete, or ongoing bachelor's degree in administrative fields * Desired experience of 1 year in billing and collections * Proficiency with communication platforms * Proficiency in Excel (basic level) * Proficiency with digital office tools * Knowledge of any ERP system **Interpersonal skills:** * Customer orientation * Attention to detail * Organization * Proactivity * Teamwork * Adaptability * Dynamism **Responsibilities:** * Manage and monitor accounts receivable for customers with pending payments. * Follow up on payment processes and account statements via phone calls and emails. * Identify and record corresponding payments made by customers. * Organize and maintain digital files of issued invoices and payment receipts. * Review, enter, and upload invoices into the relevant systems. **Work location:** * Miguel Hidalgo borough; for reference, we are located 10 minutes from San Joaquín metro station. * Work modality: 80% remote work.
