Provides a training plan and continuous professional development. **B2B Billing Junior Analyst (Hybrid Work Model)** **Are you ready to take your next step in the financial and accounting world?** In our Accounts Receivable division, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **B2B Billing Junior Analyst**. Your mission will be to ensure that our billing and reconciliations are executed with maximum accuracy and speed, guaranteeing strong internal control to drive the success of our operations. **What will you do with us?** As a key member of the team, your main responsibilities will include: * **Comprehensive Billing Management:** Execution of cash billing, financing (Floor Plan and Digital Operation). * **Transaction Movement Control:** Handling cancellations and returns with unit exchange (Cash and Digital Operation Financing). * **Validation and Authorization:** Authorization of traditional sales and *trade\-in*, as well as validation of received payments. * **Tax Compliance:** Issuance of CFDI, payment complements, and credit notes. * **Reconciliations:** Ensuring accounting records perfectly match bank transactions. **What profile are we looking for?** * **Education:** Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (intern or graduate). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in billing and bank reconciliation functions. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel). * Basic tax knowledge (CFDI, credit notes, complements). * Desirable experience in sectors such as Startups, Fintech, or Automotive. * **Skills:** High attention to detail, organizational ability, and quick response capability. **What do we offer?** * **Hybrid work model:** (3 days in-office / 2 days remote) for better work-life balance. * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday (with availability for scheduled weekend shifts on Saturday or Sunday). * **Growth opportunities:** Training plan and continuous professional development. * **Dynamic environment:** Direct interaction with Commercial, Legal, and Accounting departments.
